Recreating a Cardassian is possible and STO Community Member Jaime has proven it. Using  character creation, Jaime painstakingly added the well known Cardassian features  to create Kayd Tulrek. ( You can visit the gallery by clicking the image to the right.)

Jaime could have stopped there but lucky for us , instead decided to provide step by step instructions so you too can create your own Cardassian. Additionally, Jaime has released two more guides that will help you create a Romulan and a Jem'Hadar.
